When will I hear back?
Within one business day. Our business days are Monday to Friday.
What should I send?
For CAD / BIM-CIM requests, the drawing types and count (or model scope and LOD), the target schedule, and your title block and layer standards speed up the quote. For software, showing us the forms or Excel files you use today lets us make a concrete proposal. The form does not take attachments, so get in touch first and send materials by email afterwards.
Can we sign an NDA before sending drawings?
Yes. We sign a non-disclosure agreement before receiving any drawings or specifications. We can use our standard form or yours.
How does a Genba Tsuzuri demo work?
Online, walking through the actual screens. Choose "Genba Tsuzuri demo / materials" as the topic.
